400 Proof Ink offers tattooing, piercing, and related services. All services are performed by qualified professionals in a safe and hygienic environment.

3. Appointment and Cancellation Policy: **Appointments**: 

All services require an appointment. You can schedule your appointment through our website or by phone. 

**Cancellation**: 

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payment:

-All payments must be made at the time of service. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards. 

-A deposit may be required for certain services, which is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours. 

5. Health and Safety:

-You must disclose any medical conditions or allergies prior to receiving a service. 

-We adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols. If you exhibit any signs of illness, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.

6. Aftercare:

You will receive aftercare instructions following your service. Adhering to these instructions is crucial for the healing process. We are not responsible for any complications arising from failure to follow aftercare guidelines.

7. Liability: 

400 Proof Ink is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to allergic reactions, infections, or dissatisfaction with the final result. 

8. Intellectual Property: 

All content on our website and promotional materials, including but not limited to images, designs, and text, are the property of 400 Proof Ink Tattoos (except for any owner ship of the TattMe App) and may not be used without permission.

9. Modifications to Terms: 

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law: 

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Maryland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the state of Maryland.
